Southview Estates (and nearby Fox Run Estates) are established but carefully developed neighborhoods in the Oak Hill area of Austin Texas. Intertwined with nearby Granada Hills & Estates, Southview is offered voluntary membership into the GHOA. The HOA boasts a laid back style and a no pestering approach.HOA volunteers coordinate welcome baskets, free movies at Felder Park, and an area listserv.
Small ranches (house, barn, stable) and expansive acreages for custom built homes are part of what makes Southview remain a ‘rural’ section of Southwest Austin. Homes built in the 70’s and 80’s invite residents to retreat to huge lots and inviting classic, some backing up to woodlands.
Southview Estates does not have it’s own HOA. They are included by invitation into events with the Granada Home Owners Association. Granada HOA offers a hard-copy newsletter.
