Ridgetop Homes

“Ridgetop has everything I need right where I need it. And I never have far to go for work or play!”

True diversity abounds in this enclave bordered by Airport Blvd to the west and IH 35 to the east. Families, downtown travelers, and a sprinkling of students enjoy true urban living but with the luxury of lawns and trees surrounding cozy homes. Find any amenity imaginable along Airport Blvd including a chance to shop local AND historic at Lammes Candies – established in 1885, don’t miss their Signature Longhorns and “Texas Chewie” Pecan Pralines or chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day. Quality Seafood and Burger Tex are two more Airport Blvd. staples that you shouldn’t miss. Hancock shopping center complete with HEB and 24 hour fitness is just around the corner and South of Ridgetop. Utilize the 290/IH 35 cross over to zip across town or out of the city as needed.

State of the art homes, parks, and shopping have just erupted across the highway at Mueller Development (also home to Dell Children’s Medical Center). In Ridgetop you will find that moving to Austin is a breeze with easy access to everything you need at home, work, and play but with a price tag you can live with.

Johnny (Henion) represented us in the sale of our old home. We were very nervous about the length of time it could take to sell and how to price the house. Johnny was prepared with neighborhood data and recommendations to help get the process rolling. Once an offer arrived, we found ourselves with a very high maintenance buyer. After five rounds of negotiations on the contract, we headed to inspections. When our inspection turned up an issue in the yard, Johnny was there with shovel in hand to help us determine the problem. The option period negotiations again took several rounds, with Johnny provided the voice of reason as we got frustrated. When closing delayed, he was there again with reassurances that the issues would get resolved. Johnny kept a sense of humor, perspective and our end goals in mind throughout the process and everything worked out. We would highly recommend Johnny and his team! We will certain work with Johnny again, if we ever decide to move! - Stephanie H,
