Granada Estates Homes

“My home in Granada Hills is my sanctuary. I never want to live anywhere else and my children love to come home here…and bring all their friends!”

Sprawling lots and updated 1970’s homes entice you to a little country living in three areas intertwined into one: Granada Hills/Oaks/Estates. Long, winding, paved streets and neighborhoods amenities such as pool, children’s play area, and tennis courts keep recreation close at hand but the setting of these homes takes you away from city life. The Granada Homeowners Association is active but also voluntary ($60/year dues) so residents can be as involved as they choose to be - don’t miss the annual 4th of July Parade plus enjoy the efforts of your neighbors to keep the entrance and shared areas groomed and landscaped.

Essential amenities are a bit further to access than in the newer planned communities but the Y at Oak Hill provides all of the grocery and service needs of residents. 1836 just North of Granada Hills and 290 to Mopac grant access to Central Austin and a 15 minute commute to downtown Austin. QUICK SEARCH FOR HOMES

We immediately felt comfortable with Tom (Sunstrom) because he was real and relaxed and had no problems telling us we could find something better, but never tried to show us houses we couldn't afford. A year after selling us our first house, Tom is still in touch with us through holiday cards and homeowners’ newsletters. When we are ready to sell this house and move on to bigger and better things, we will definitely use Tom’s services again. - Nena C. and Sheldon R.
