French Place is a smaller section of the Cherrywood neighborhood and is often known for its restaurant row on Manor. Smaller, original bungalows are planted next to remodeled ones. The active elementary school, Maplewood, always gets rave reviews from parents. Its proximity to the University of Texas means there are also college students renting here. JH Residential’s Jessica used to be one of them! It has been fun to watch this area change and grow. Now, it is truly a destination (and you will find us at any of the restaurants often!)
