Deer Park at Maple Run is a new home community situated in Oak Hill in southwest Austin. Paired with Sendera subdivision east of Mopac, west of Brodie Lane and spreading across Davis Lane, Deer Park is a 15 minute commute to downtown Austin. Established in the 1990’s, Deer Park offers one and two story homes with two car garages. Thanks to the active homeowners association, the yards in the area are well maintained and free of clutter as part of the HOA membership agreement. The HOA also monitors development in the area and endeavors to keep commercial big box stores out of the immediate vicinity.
Shopping, recreation, and dining choices of all kinds surround Deer Park and provide options to fit the entire crowd. Young families and first-time home buyers are drawn to the area because of it’s proximity to amenities, easy access to downtown, and large homes in a variety of price ranges. Pools and other recreation can be found in several parks nearby.
Looking for something a little off the mainstream? Try live music and Louisiana Cajun fare at Evangeline Cafe on Brodie Lane. For a uniquely Texas experience, travel a little further south and visit the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center. Relax at the end of the day in a small part of southwest Austin called Deer Park at Maple Run.
