Bouldin Creek Homes

“I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Austin. I can bike to Whole Foods, Zilker, and SoCo but live among soaring oaks in what feels like a refuge from the city.”

With street names that remind you of your grandmother (Nellie, Mary, Elizabeth), Bouldin Creek homes carry the same charm. Older bungalows nestled next to urban lofts with views of downtown  are all walking distance to your favorite Mexican food eateries. All of this creates the eclectic feel that makes South Austinites so proud. The wide price range of homes in the area (upper 200k to one million), make this neighborhood home to a diverse group of people.

Close proximity to St. Edward’s University and South Congress/South Lamar access to downtown to the north and Ben White/Hwy 71 to the south keeps the Bouldin Creek residents connected to work, recreation, and community.

Sarah and I purchased a house and used Tom (Sunstrom) as our realtor. He went above and beyond to help us through the process. We called him about the house on Monday, we viewed it on Tuesday and put an offer that won on Thursday. We really appreciated his help in purchasing our first house and our dream house. Also, before we closed, Tom was able to negotiate with the seller to get a key to the new house and I set up a surprise proposal to my now wife at our new house. Thanks so much Tom. - Paul G.
